July 13th = my 29th birthday.
It was a great day, complete with an Ayurvedic massage, a trip up river on the Zodiac boat and a chikoo birthday cake made by Dustin, YUM!
Chikoo is a very interesting fruit - looks like a potato, but tastes like butterscotch apple goodness. The cake was a basic yellow cake with chikoo frosting - thanks again Dustin!
The fruit came from the Surf Retreat property, here is a pic I snapped of the tree out in the yard.
