Koh Tao (translation: "Turtle Island") was a ridiculously picturesque Thai island. We booked a bungalow (sort of a glorified Machan with a roof and a bathroom) on a small cove, with large (and loud! ever heard 'em?) geckos included free of charge. This was our place, with our matching blue suits hanging out to dry, followed by a shot taken from our little porch.

Our bungalow was on Haad Sai Daeng beach, a secluded cove with two "resorts" (strong word) and two restaurants. Day shot and dusk shot of the cove.

The island has tons of other little coves and lots of peaks you can hike to overlook them. This is the view of the two coves just West of where we stayed.
